Questions you should ask
How is "banner" defined?
A banner is a distinct retail brand operated under one ownership group. Cárdenas, El Rancho, Mi Tienda are each a banner. Different store counts within one banner do not affect tier.
Can we start small and grow?
Yes. Single-banner customers upgrade to Multi-banner at any time, prorated to the day. No re-implementation cost.
What about implementation?
Implementation is free for Single-banner and Multi-banner. Enterprise includes a dedicated 4-week onboarding led by our data engineering team.
How long are contracts?
Month-to-month on Single-banner. Annual on Multi-banner with a 30-day out clause. Enterprise is custom.
